Description:

• Operating Principle: Separates desired elements from unwanted material using woven screens (mesh), nets, or perforated plates. Finer particles pass through the mesh, while larger particles are retained or directed to a discharge outlet.
• Components: Stainless steel frame, mesh or perforated plate, and motion mechanism (vibration, oscillation, or gyration) to move material across the screen.
• Construction Materials: High-grade stainless steel (304 or 316), with some units using plastic or brass frames for specialized applications.

Note: Sieve sifters are mechanical devices and should not be confused with Molecular Sieves, which are aluminosilicate materials used as chemical desiccants.
